Upper Back Pain Posted: 08-28-04 10:44am
I had been routinly checked while I went
to school for scholiosis. They found a
slight curve in my back, but I do'nt think
they were worried about it. After
highschool I started to feel pain between
my two shoulder blades. I have to
constantly strecth my arms back during the
day to feel more comfortable, but it's
cracking everytime I do that. Does
anyone know what could be wrong with me or
what I should do. I won't have insurance
for a month now. But i'm in pain all day
long every day. I'm only 23 years old.

Hi there. Please visit www.Mattfurey.Com.
This site contains the exercise system
"combat conditioning". This book (sold
on the site) contains a fantastic exercise
for curing back pain called bridging.
This movement involves supporting the
entire bodyweight on only the forehead and
feet. This may sound extreme to you but
trust me thousnads of people around the
world have cured chronic back pain using
this and similar movements. Please act
on this post and have a look at the site
you wont regret it!!!! Let me know of
your success..
