Acute Pain In Anterior Area of Elbow. Posted: 08-29-04 07:38am
Absolutely out of nowhere,....I suddenly
developed a very acute, sharp pain on the
anterior 'ball' or 'point' of my elbow.
This pain only occurs with pressure (even
slight pressure) to that exact area. I
have no pain otherwise,...Have no range of
movement paint,...Rotation, wrist rotation
while moving elbow is all fine and causes
no pain.
There was no trauma to the area at all.
It occured suddenly,...Happened to just
notice it when putting my elbow on a car
armrest.
Had it 2 days now,........
It has not spread,...And again,...Requires
pressure on the area to produce a very
sharp acute pain. No soreness or ache at
all otherwise.
Any ideas?.....I am ruling out tennis
elbow,..Carpal, golfers elbow,.....???
No obvious swelling so I am thinking no
bursitis?....And I seriously doubt a
fracture of any sort as there is no range
of movement or aching.....
Again,...Any ideas?
And yes......I am calling a sports Dr.
First thing monday......
