All these symptoms (abdominal cramps and back pain) are not conclusive signs of pregnancy. Absence of period is the first serious sign of pregnancy, but it has to be confirmed with a pregnancy test.

In your case, absence of period could be also related to the way you have used the pills. Loestrin are low-dose contraceptive pills that contain 24 active and 4 inactive pills. Loestrin provides shorter menstruation (less than 4 days). As I understand from your post, you have been replacing the inactive pills with active ones (correct me if I am wrong!). If so, your periods could be avoided completely (like in mini-pill contraception). Even if you stop taking the pills, you won't get withdroll bleeding in case you were pregnant.

Only a pregnancy test can solve your dilemma.
