Just found this site and glad im not
alone.I know my gall bladder is not
functioning correctly but im not sure of
the ejection fraction.Im hardly eating
anything and I am sick of doctors visits
because im getting nowhere.Every morning I
get up it feels like morning sickness and
my stomache is making horrible noises all
day and night.I am at the stage where I
wish I could just go to sleep and not wake
up.As any one else suffered like this with
their gall bladder or does it sound like
there is something else wrong.I am so
scared someone please help

Well..This don't look like gall bladdar
symptoms..In case of gall bladar problems,
like stone, you'll feel the pain all round
from your stomach towards your back.
Maybe you are having some gastric
problems.

I am glad to find this board also. I
have been having problems that appear to
be gallblader related for about 6 months
now also. But I don't fit any of the
"tells" for the problem. I am male in
early 40's, up until the last 6 months I
ran 6 miles a day, so I am not overweight,
but I do eat a very high fat diet. My
problems really seemed to start in my
back, and the radiate to under my right
front rib cage. As time has gone by the
effect of food has made the pain worse.
Blood work and the ultrasound all looked
good, and I have had an egd with little
issues revealed also. Looks like hida is
next, hope it show something as the pain
is not allot of fun

i've been expeiencing pain in the centre
of my tummy below my ribs its a heavy ache
most of the time and can last for more
than a week at a time I have just started
getting sharp stabbing pains also .
I also get pain under my ribs on right
side around my side and into my back up
into my shoulder blade also pain right
around the middle.
I also get terrible wind bloating burps
and pain in my stomach which I am putting
down to indigestion I have also had nausea
and hot flushes and bouts of diarhea I am
on pain killers most days
i had an ultrasound the other day which
came up clear
can a scan be wrong??
Or was my sonographer just incompetent
i have got to the stage now where I am
intolerant to many foods including wheat
yeast orange juice buttermilk beans like
haricot and butter beans to name a couple
I get horrible ibs cramping when I have
these foods and histamine reactions but
sometimes I don't get the reactions which
is very confusing I am frightened to eat
at times I also get very tired very
easily
can anyone give me any feed back cos I am
going out of my mind

I have a low ejection fraction of the
gallbladder.I feel sick maily in the
morning eving but do not vomit ,but I have
a constant gurgling and upset bowels.Is
this due to the gall bladder or is
sometthing else wrong

I wanted to let you know that my symptoms
seem to be a lot like yours. Its tarted
out with pain under my rib cage-right
side. Pain wrapped itself around my rib
cage and up into my right shoulder. Then,
the horrible late night cramping began. I
am taking lomitil (sp?) for the cramping.
Have taken bentyl, but really nothing is
working well.
The horrible cramping last for a long
time-30 minutes +. It lasts until
everything in my system has come out-via
dfiarrhea or soft discolored stools. I am
wiped out. I am 5"5 and weigh around 165
and I get completely winded walking from
one room to th next. I have missed a lot
of work. With my fam hist, I don't
understand why they just won't take it
out.
Another thing i've noticed from friends or
family is that their gb seemed to start
giving them problems either during
pregnancy or soon after. One friend had
hers removed during pregnancy-she had
stones. Another friend has hers out
shortly after the birth of her son. She
had no stones.
I had my son early sept a couple of years
ago? Is this common knowledge to anyone
else? Before I ws insured, I made several
trips to the er and they dismissed me.
I'm told because I am young and healthy.
Although anyone with my fam hist, to me,
would be a prime candidate for gb
disease??? Help me!!! I know what you
mean about going out of your mind. I feel
like a hypochondriac! It's hard to get

this was my post as i'm a guest just so
you don't get confused
in the last couple of weeks I have had
very little pain but have been extremely
constipated and bloated I have recently
started eating wheat and yeast products
again but I was constipated before this so
I don't see a link there.
I'm starting to think I imagined all the
pain I was suffering especially as the
scan was negative.
I've even been eating things that in the
past have upset me to see what triggers it
just so I get the pain to metaphorically
pinch myself lol but so far all I have had
is more bloating more constipation and
feeling like **** but no ******* pain just
ibs symptoms.
Call me a masechist scuse my spelling if
that is wrong but I wish I could have the
acute excrutiating cramps and diarhea at
least the drs might take me seriously
instead of the vague but very real pain I
was suffering I know many people would say
no you don't want them but you get my
drift.
