Hey guys,
i just thought i'd update you on my
situation. Chris and I spoke last
night, against my will. But he is
demanding that I give him back my ring he
gave me when he asked me to marry him and
all kinds of other stuff. And he is
threatening to fight for custody if I
dont. So he stopped by this morning and
I gave him his stuff. I cried
afterwards because that ring is special to
me and he just going to go and sell it.
Which is really disappointing.
He told me he was gonna bring back the
ring I gave him but then when he got here
he had nothing. So basically he forced
me into giving him back his stuff but
wouldnt even give me back mine.
As I was writing this my uncle stopped by
and gave a ton of grief....I asked him how
he was and he goes "great compared to you"
and just stuff like that. Lol, they
make me so mad. Oh well...If they ever
say something like that to nathaniel when
he's born I will slap them and tell them
to get the hell away from my child. Lol

I'm sorry michelle! I guess you really
should have refused to give it to him if
he didn't give you back the ring that he
was supposed to give you... That sucks.
Man he's a jerk.

Tony gave me a promise ring and id never
give it back. Its something that really
means alot to me. Rather or not he loves
me..He loved me when he gave it to me. I
know how important that ring is to you..
You didnt have to give it to him. It was
a gift to you. He gave it to you. I
understand why you wouldnt want to give it
to him. I hope you get better.

Its just that the ring was a keepsake.
It dosent bother me anymore that he dosent
love me...I guess I just wanted to keep
something that he gave to me when he did.
Know what I mean?

He claims that since he is an adult and he
has a full time job that the court would
be in his favor. Do you think thats
true? Would the court really take away
my baby even though i'm the mother and I
live in a stable home?
He dosent even have a home at the
moment....

No way. You have to be reeeaaally messed
up for a court to take away custody. He
would have a right to some custody, but
they wouldn't give him full custody just
because he's older or has a full time job.
Even criminals and druggies get partial
custody. And with you being neither,
he'll probably get half or unsupervised
visitation.

Thanks, if it comes to it then I guess
thats how it'll be. I didnt think they
would, but he kind of scared me when he
said that. Know what I mean?
He says that as long I cooperate with what
he wants he'll sign over his rights.
Which i'm hoping will be soon that way I
dont have to worry about it anymore.

Yeah. He sounds like a real bully. I'd
advise you to take what he says with a
grain of salt. It sounds like he's not
too honest. And if he doesn't sign over
his rights, whether you need it or not,
you can get him for child support until he
decides that its worth it for him to sign
them over to you. And tell him that his
full time job will only make the judge
award you more child support money!

Lol, thats great. Thanks so much!
He really isnt a very honest person...At
all. Actually he's a lying cheating
health question. Lol.
I met his girlfriend this morning. He
brought her over here with him when he
came to get the ring. Shes actually
really nice. I was like, get out while
you still can!!!!!!! Haha. She asked
me about him cheating on me and stuff and
seemed really surprised when I told her
about all the stuff he pulled on me. I
was thinking "well yeah, he's probably
lying off his butt to you" lol.
Oh well..

I'm sorry. But, I wouldn't have given the
ring back, and engagement ring is a gift,
and you can't be forced to return it. And
if he did try to fight for sole custody
,just because you didn't give him these
gifts back, you could have always told the
judge. That really shows what kind of
character he has.
