I have been on the ortho-evra patch for 2 years almost. For the last three months, my period has gone from about 4 days and spotting for 4-6 days to being 1-1.5 days flow and 5-10 days of spotting. About twice in the last 6 weeks I go through nausea all day long. I don't vomit or feel a real urge to and I can still eat, i'm just nauseated again about 30 minutes later. At night, especially after drinking a cup of water, I just feel like my stomach is full (like i've been eating all night). I also cramp during the spotting days. What in the world can be wrong? My iron is also a little low. I wonder if that plays a part? What do you think?

I think your best option is to dicuss side affects with your care provider, to get some anaemia treatment and do a hpt or get a blood test just in case. Hope you get the answer you seek
