We Got New Computers! Woohoo! Posted: 09-02-04 11:03am
Mike and I upgraded our computers
yesterday. We ordered all the stuff from
http://www.Newegg.Com and it came
yesterdays so we put them together. We
each got a new 2.5ghz processor,
motherboard, 512 ddr ram, and a processor
fan. We both overclocked our computers to
3.2ghz though! And I have about 200 gigs
of harddrive space in mine! I'm so
excited - it is sooo much faster than our
old computers!
I really have no idea what all that
computer lingo meant, but it sounds
cool!!!!

Basically it means we replaced the guts of
our computers with faster guts!

but my computer is loaded with viruses.
Good ones. I run north anti-virus, it
detects like 50 of them, and it cannot
delete them on its own, but it gives you
instructions to do it manually. ...If I
only had the time...

Aren't motherboards expensive?.. We need
to figure out what our ethernet problem is
with the other computer..

We paid about 75 for the motherboard, 75
for processor, 75 for ram, and 25 for fan
each.

Ur so lucky!! My comp is a piece of
sh*t!!! Its like 7 years old I hate it so
much but we dont have the money to fix it
