New neuro dr wants me to slowly go off my
400 mls of tegretol and go on zonegran
.....Have any of you taken this drug? And
more ....Has it worked? I am so
frightened of all these changes ...Your
help is greatly appreciated.

Well, just to remind you this is only one
opinion. I was on 600 mg of tegratol and
my doc also wanted to switch to zonegram.
He did basically because tegratol wasn't
working anymore. To give you the
scientific part of it, zonegram has less
side effects than tegratol. To give you
my input, it didn't work. In fact
symptoms got worse. These included:
headache, nausea, forgetfulness, and
sleepleness. I just beg you to
remember, i'm only one voice. And good
