Hi, I have been on depo-provera for about
15 months and the first 7 months I bleed
continuosly. I hadn't been sexually
active after I stopped getting my period
until lately, evrytime I do anything
sexual with my new boyfrined I start
bleeding. It only lasts for a few hours
and then there's nothing. Does anyone
know if this is caused by the depo-provera
shot, if so what can I do???? I'm so
frustrated!

Yeah,i would see my doc asap.I really
haven't heard much good about depo.Depo
sounds great,only getting a shot a few
times a year,no pills to worry about.It
seems that a lot of depo users have
problems with it.I've never used depo,but
from what i've read here,i don't think it
would be a choice I would make.See if
there is a better method for you.Good
