Mommabear & Lhileman , Hear Is a Poem Birth Mother's Choice Posted: 10-01-03 18:59pm
Birth mother's choice
words cannot express the feelings I have
inside,
i carry a baby and have to decide.
Should I keep this precious gift or say
good-bye?
All I seem to do is pray and cry.
What kind of life would the baby live?
A single young mother does not have much
to give.
The love for this baby will grow and grow
oh god! I just don't know.
Termination is not an option,
i think the choice should be adoption.
I want to find a family who is loving and
kind
for I am having to leave my baby behind.
They will raise my baby to be their own,
i will step back and leave them alone.
It is now time to say good-bye
i will wonder, worry, and cry.
This choice of mine was hard to make
but I had my baby's life at stake.
Let me know what you think

Please Don't Think... Posted: 10-01-03 19:09pm
...That a single parent can not raise a
child. I did my baby is nearing his
teens, I recently married and am so glad
to have a child, especially since my
husband and I are having so many problems
concieving now.
It is your choice, whatever you decide,
but please consider adopting (when
thinking of abortion) you will have a
family that would be so grateful and
prayers that will be answered. Hey,
maybe that is why some of us have if
problems... There is a baby out there for
us somewhere. Good luck to all those who
are cosidering adoption... Yes it is
expensive... So sad that it is, when
there are families with broken hearts.
Hearts filled with love to adopt a child
and give them a wonderful loving home
