My First Scan **update**

Is tomorrow.
On friday my midwife told me to expect to
wait a week to 10 days for it to come
through.
I just got a phone call asking if I can go
in tomorrow morning (said they had a
cancellation).
I'm just wondering why they want me to go
in so quick?

Couldn't have been much sooner lol I only
met my midwife on friday and on tuesday
they're ringing me to go in like the next
day.
Oh well only 12 hours to go.

Just got back.
According to their measurements I am 11
weeks 2 days (so that would mean I got
pregnant 3 days after the fact) 
they aren't gonna give me a due date tho
because my baby decided to curl up in a
nice little ball and turn its back on them
teehee 
so I get another scan in 2 weeks - gotta
wake the baby up for that one lol

due date is march 28th, right? How can
they tell you how far along you are, but
not give you a due date?

congrats on the u/s. Are you wanting to
find out the sex? Cuz if u are hopefully
in 2 weeks they will be able to tell you.
Cuz the sex on the baby is determined by
13 weeks. So keep us updated and

They made a guess as to the age of the
baby (which was only 3 days different to
my guess) but what I meant (guess I didn't
phrase myself too well) was that they
wouldn't put that as my due date because
they weren't sure. So they want to do
another scan in 2 weeks, and they will use
those measurements to estimate my due
date.
Lol I have a shy baby
but it was great to see the heart beat,
and yes I really wanna know the sex, but
if today was anything to go by, there's
gonna be no chance of it opening it's legs
to show us.
