Im 19 and I have a boob on my left side,
doctor says its breast tissue.
Although it hurts all the time im trying
to get rid of it, any suggestions?
Excersize?Pills?Surgery even?

If you are a man and are growing actual
breast tissue then no, I seriously doubt
that it is possible to get rid of through
excercise. You are going to have to
treat the underlying issue.

underlying issue!
Like I said, you would have to find out
the cause and treat it! I didn't say you
couldn't do anything...How in the world
did you get that ?
