First...Go to a doctor....And they'll tell
you what to do from there. Go to
robynsnest.Com they have a great site
about pregnancy.

How old are you? U dont know if ur
pregnant by two positive pregnancy test
and then u dont know what to an dwhat not
to do?
To do:
prenatal vitamins every day!
Prenatal checkups!
Eat healthy
drink plenty of water
dont run into things with your belly - I
cant believe I actually have to say that~
to not do:
drink alcohol
do drugs
smoke cigs
have unprotected sex with someone you dont
know is 'clean'--may spread disease to
your baby
lay on your back to sleep
dont run into things with your belly - I
cant believe I actually have to say that
dont miss any appointments!
Dont smell paint fumes or any other toxic
smell
dont be around smoke
dont eat too much asparatame
watch your salt intake
gosh, u needa book! What to expect when
your expecting is good~

Dont change kitty litter!
Theres certain tea's you shouldnt drink
dont go on a diet
try to stay active but dont over exert
yourself. A pregnant lady should be able
to hold a conversation while exercising,
thats how youll know if youre working too
hard

I wasnt critizing thank you, it just
sounded odd to me...Lordy~! I wouldnt of
taken teh time to type that ifi didnt want
to help!
I read that someone recommended what to
expect when you're expecting... I know
some people who swear by it, but I
personally didn't care for it. It
honestly scared the shi† out of me. I
read it in my first trimester and was
convinced I was having an ectopic
pregnancy because I had a sharp pain on my
right side often... I asked my doctor
about it and he explained that your bowels
on your right side and since constipation
is hell during the first trimester, that's
all it was.
I'm not criticizing anyone for liking
the book, but being the hypochondriac
paranoid pregnant lady that I am, it
scared me more than it helped me.
Prenatal vitamins are great, but in the
first trimester the only vitamins I had
were a variety of sample packs my doctor
gave me. They all made me so sick during
the first trimester because of the iron.
I tried taking them after I ate, before I
went to sleep, etc. But nothing helped.
I finally called my nurse and she told me
to blow them off for a while. Those were
her exact words. I stopped taking them
until I was about 3 months and now I love
them. Not only are they good for the
baby, but my nails have never looked
better.
