How do/did you keep in shape when you were
pregnant?

I know a lot of my friends were in a
pregnancy jazzercise class at the local
gym. Basically avoid anything that will
cause an injury. Anything that will
cause you to get hit in the abdomen...No
horseback riding, sking, scuba diving, or
anything that makes you lie flat on your
back once you are in the second and third
trimesters. Lexi, you should try brisk
walking, dancing, swimming, biking,
aerobics or yoga.

excercise during pregnancy.

Cool, thanks. I would go walking since I
love doing that now but I have no one to
walk with and I pretty much hate doing
things alone cause im always alone.

No you can sleep on your back...Because
you will have a normal heart rate.
During the second and third trimesters you
are suppost to avoid exercise that
involves laying flat on your back because
it decreases the blood flow to your womb.

When I was pregnant, I just ate healthy
and walked around the block everyday. It
worked for me!

guess I have a russan name (im not russan
though) and in russan my name is
alexandria so I shortened that to alex and

Well right now my b/f works two jobs cause
we want to get our own place. Umm...I
have a playpin that has a vibrating
bassenett and a carseat thats all the baby
furniture I have but there's no space in
my b/f's room so I cant open the playpin
so its still in the box. That's like the
main reason why were planning on moving
cause theres no space, we share a tiny ass
room and there are no extra rooms in his
house cause there are 6 people living here
including myself

He's 19....All together its me, my b/f
paul, his dad his little sister their
grandma, and one of paul's friends. And
their aunt and two cousins just moved out
thank god!!! Talk about crowded right?
