I've read several times about people being digusted with newbies asking the same questions all the time, but bear with me. How do you get a picture of yourself to be your avatar? It's a .Tif image.

these things are so cute... I wish I knew if I was having a boy or a girl. I hate that it has too many characters to fit in the signature.
