17 Years Old With Major Back Pain Posted: 09-18-04 19:48pm
Hey everyone,
I was in a car accident last december
around christmas time, I have gone to see
2-3 different chiropractors (no
crackers)--i had a mri done a few months
back claiming I have some bulging
discs...I am only 17 years old and I have
a lot of pain I go through everyday. The
spine itself that has all the nerves that
go through it, its a lot smaller than most
peoples for some reason. I am not sure
what my next step is to do...My orthepedic
doctor would like shoot me with some
steroid injections...I was wondering if
these even work..Or if anyone else could
help me...Decide my next move...Thanks!

Sorry about your car wreck...
First, you need to sit down and talk with
the person who pays your medical bills.
Tell that person what's going on, they
need to know.

I'm 19 and have been having back pain for
about a year now, they still don't know
what caused it, no trauma or anything, but
I had steroid injections in 5 places in my
back and for me they gave me some
temporary relief. If your medical
insurance will cover it I say go for it.
It's worth a try if they think it can help
maybe even a little.

Please would everyone suffering from back
pain on this forum visit www.Mattfurey.Com.
I would advise you to purchase the
advertised book "combat conditioning".
It contains an exercise called bridging,
which involves supporting your entire
weight on your forehead and feet which has
healed severe back pain for thousands and
thousands worldwide including myself.
