Acne Scaring
Posted: 09-21-04 16:37pm

My acne is finally going away....Slowly but I have scaring after. And I was wondering if there is a cream that would help. I know it wont happen overnight but I was just wondering if there was a cream that would help the scaring go away. And if you do or did use it did it leave any side effects?

Thankz,

I hear good things about mederma, but I haven't tried it. Klear action helps my acne and minimized my scars. However, I don't know if that is a universal result or not. It helped me, but that doesn't mean it is suppose to or that it will help you.
You could try vitamin e or they have stuff at wal-mart for scars and acne scars. I see it all of the time, but haven't tried it. If you go and try one of the cheap ones it really may help. They all have the same basic ingredients and you mainly end up paying for the name. Good luck.

That gives you personalized colors and whatnot, but doesn't help with scarring.

Believe I me I know for a fact that neutrogena can help. I had acne plus acne scarrring for 21 yrs. I tried every thing from clearsil to proactiv to mederma and nothing help until I started using neutrogena. There website tells you what skin products are right for your type of skin. With mederma it may be to harsh and usually when people get scars from acne they have sensitive skin. Neutrogena helps with that. Goood luck Smile
