I have been taking yasmin now for two
complete months and I just started my 3rd
pack. But the question I have is,
everytime my boyfriend and I have sex, he
cums inside me. I take the pill at the
same time everyday and have never missed a
pill. What are the chances of getting
pregnant and should I be worried....Please
any information would be helpful...Thanks

My first question would have been to ask
you how soon after you started your bc did
you start having sex....But since you are
on your third month now I am assuming that
you have had your period those other 2
months. So therefore you would be fully
protected by your bc by now. Its also a
good thing that you take it at the same
time everyday, that maximises its
effectiveness. Bc is said to be about
97%-99% effective. However if you are
still a little wary about those stats, use
a second form of birth control, such as a
condom or foam. Just as long as you
remember that women who take their pills
right everyday still do get pregnant,
because no form of bc is 100% besides
abstinence. So a second form of bc
wouldn't hurt!!!
