Hey I just wanted to ask mommies or any
of you wonderful pregnant ladies how far
is too far? I want to go on a nice long
reviving walk... Miles wise how far is
too far leaving at 11 any help?

If you're just walking, you can probably
walk as far as you want. I'd say, there
isn't a "too far" unless you start getting
dizzy, or your heartrate gets too high, or
you get dehydrated.

walking... I'll bring my cell and a water
I dont know usually since I got pregnant
my excercise was swimming because its san
diego we're still having warm weather but
today is really cool and cloudy which is
awkward but the perfect time to take

Yup, just remember walk as far as you
want..Just remember you do have to walk
