Ok, this is a rather gross topic, however
I feel the need to ask since i've been
experiencing it.
I
am currently on prednisone for my skin
rash. I've only been on it for 2 weeks,
after next week it will be over. Has
anyone else in here felt really
constipated from taking it? I just really
can't seem to go to the bathroom. Like
i'll go here or there, but it never feels
like enough. My lower stomach looks
bloated/swollen. Has anyone else had this
side effect, and if so what did you do to
help yourself? I'm afraid to take anymore
meds "to help me go" because I feel like
i'm on enough already. Anyone that could
help with this would be appreciated.
ps. I have read everywhere that
prednisone can cause obesity. That scares
me even though i'm only going to be on it
for a short time. Just how long does it
take for a person to get obese while on
this drug?
