Hello from the uk. Ok I am a born worrier so please bear with me on this. I am a 48 year old male who has suffered from severe anxiety/depression over many years. I am also a nervous sort of guy but have not let it stop me doing the things I love. To get to the point I have had a problem with my feet for quite a few months tingling/pins needles on the soles and like walking on sand all the time? I was refered to a neurologist which took me 3 months to see him (i had asked my dr if it could be circulation probs but he said no as it was in both feet) when I was checked out by the neurologist he said he could find nothing wrong and some people have this for no reason? I am still worried as, although not unpleasant' it is always there? I am still awaiting a b12 deficency blood test but I am sure it is not that? I also had an ecg about 6 months ago but it was ok> at home I have very low blood preasure but I also have patches of blue on my lips (i have had these for 20 years plus and I put this down to me being a musician and blowing alot!!) that does concern me but has been discounted as nothing? Ok I suppose I am after some guidance/comfort in this if posible and I would appreciate any advice.
Best wishes
c

Hello c,

you sound like a classic case of me, a typical hypochondriac. I know that being told you are one doesn't help with the worry, but try not to. Try thinking about something else other than your health, and think about all those people who are really sick and in hospital, be thankfull your not one of them.
