Are you only considered to be a bulimic if
the doctor diagnoses u with it? I have
all the symptoms of bulimia (except
binging really) but techinically i'm not
because I was never diagnosed by a doctor,
right?

No. You know what you are doing and
whether it classifies you as having an
eating disorder or not. All you have to
do is look it up on the internet. If you
don't binge but you still do the other
things, technically, you would be
classified as ed-nos, but it doesn't mean
you don't have a problem. In any case,
why not go to a doctor and see if maybe
you can get some help and advice?
