I had a miscarriage on june 23,2004 I was 4mos pregnant. And it has know bin 4 mos since then and I still think about how it happened but all I what is to stop it from happening agen. I'm scared because I mite be pregnant agen. I feel the same way I did the last time I was. Can someone help thanks babyblues

Depending on why it happened, it is possible they can try to help you. If it was a foetal anomaly then there probably isn't much they can do, but if it was an incompetent cervix they could try giving you meds to help keep it closed, or in some cases even stitich your cervix! You really need to discuss this with a doctor or other professional to see why it happened and what they can offer you. I know it may sound awful but usually doctors consider 3 miscarriages high risk, how ever as yours was after 12 weeks they may look at it more seriously quicker. I'm really sorry for your loss, and hope things work out for you
