Extremely eHealthy
Okay so I guess I was one of the lucky ones and like never well atleast not yet have gotten any morning sickness or anything. However the other day I got really sick( probably just somehting I ate it was only a 24 hour thing )so yeah I like threw up for like like an hour and ended up busting a few blood vessels in my eyes. I called my doctor and she just said only to go to the er if they got worse, gave me a headache, or blurred my vision. However they havent gotten worse they have just styaed the same so like I have little red splotches in my eyes for liek the past 4-5 days I know this sounds weird but nothing like this has ever happened to me before and its really starting to creep me out. I have asked my doctor and even called the ask a nurse hot line and a few friends moms who are docs/nurses but they just keep saying give it time. I guess I just figure it may be liek a pregnancy thing and like want to know when its going away. Sorry if I freaked you out but truuuust me I am wayyyy more freaked out than you could ever be hahah

It is quite common when you throw up violently that blood vessels can break in the eyes. It puts a strain on them. Like your doctor said, be patient and they will go away.

It will take time for the broken blood vessels to heal, think if you get a bruise (thats blood and bile collected under the skin) how long it takes for the bruise to be filtered away by your body.
For some reason around the 14 week mark I started getting sick - like after it is supposed to be over huummmmpppph Evil or Very Mad
its not like everyday or even regular, so sometimes I just have to let my body do what it wants.

I have popped blood vessels in my eyes before. They have lasted in there for up to a month. It just takes time to heal. Don't worry hun, they will go away. They dont get worse either, they shouldn't hurt either. Just don't touch your eyes!

Yup, it means you need to tone your pelvic floor muscles.
Look up some kegel exercises. When these muscles are weak and you put pressure on them (like puking) you leak a bit (or a lot depending how weak they are).
This often gets worse (the control) after birth, so look up those exercises and get practicing.
One to get you started is, when peeing, stop! Yes stop mid flow, then let go again and stop do this several times a day and you will notice a difference quite soon, but there are loads of other ones as well.
