Good News!
Posted: 10-06-04 23:15pm

Hey ladies,
i have good news! I talked to my lawyer yesterday and I had romair call his and we set a date to see the judge to change the paper work.
Both me and romair agreed for me to have full custody of amari and romair will have visitation. I am so happy! This all will take place on oct. 13th. I just thought i'd update yall! Right now I am at my cousin's houz.

If you didn't kno about the situation, go to my post "amari is leaving me..."

Congrats. It's good to see that things are working out. But what about chid support? Okay ya'll had joint custody before so she spent 6 months with both of ya'll. So I would think that their would be no support order because of the fact that you bothe would be the custodial parents. But what about now?

Thanks!

Newlife- it's the same way. Even though romair has visitation, he is still in her life and is going to be taking care of her, so child support is not needed.
