:d ..Ok..I was just curious about blood testing..I know hcg isn't produced untl you are pregnant and is it true that a blood test can actually date a pregnancy? I have read that it can (what to expect when your expecting) I am actually worried about twins, they run on both sides and on june 18th my levels were really high putting me anywhere from 6-12 week's pregnant but u/s say's a week different. They have only noted one baby but I am actually hoping for one baby and not two..I would die!!! Can this be missed?

Ultrasounds like to be a week off for some reason. I doubt a blood test would show twins, it just has the level of Hcg in your blood. (don't quote me, I'm not a doctor) But if the ultrasound says one, then most likely there is only one in there. It could be wrong though, so don't fully trust it. Some woman carried 3 babies and they said one up until about 30wks, then found the second one, then around 34wks found the third one!

So only time will definitely tell.

Good luck and a happy healthy 9 months!!

I might be crazy but I'd love to have twins lol. Only because I'd love to examine, study & analyze the behavior patterns and closeness that twins tend to share. I wouldnt like the early raising of twins tho cuz idk how I'd manage them as infants let alone toddlers lol but as young ppl I'd love to watch them grow! Goodluck I wish u the best.
