small central bulging disc at l4-l5

I injuryed my back in 89 and mostly was able to deal with the pain that would flare up for 3-4 days a month by using pain meds, chropractor, etc.

Then in dec of 2000, it flared up again, this time nothing could relieve the pain. I've tried everything from meds to tens unit. Had surgery may 01 and have been worst since. The surgeon offered to repeat the surgery idet, or have a fusion but i'm too scared since the first surgery made matters worse. Tried pt again, no luck.
I have a small central bulging disc at l4-l5, ddd, gerd and depresion. I'm on ssd for the back problem and depression. Also I had a long term disibity ins policy through my employer. Here's my question and problem....The ins co is trying there damnest to kick me off. I've been collecting on this policy for about 3 yrs now. So far they've have a home visit and sent me to a rehab place for an evualtion (these people said I could work, but the ins company didn't boot me off then, I told the ins co they were crazy!), this was about a year ago. They call about monthly for update from me, yearly paperwork for the doc to fill out etc. Ok to the question, sorry. Now they are sending me to a ortho surgeon this coming thurs and i'm so worried he'll write up a report saying I can work! I can't sit longer than 10-15 min without pain and standing is the same. The pain goes accross my lower back into my rear end, both sides and down my back legs. Lately the pain is starting on the front of my right leg too but stops at about the knee.
The pain seems to start on the right side of my lower back. I feel best in the morning and get worst as the day goes on. When it's real bad, I lay down, it's still hurts bad but seems to feel better after I laid down for at least an hour. I'm still on pain meds.
I have my family doctor helping me but she's no specialist so I don't know how much weight she'll carry in helping me.

I'm having a heck of a time finding the type of lawyer to handle ltd ins claims.

Anyone have any suggestions for my upcoming appt.?

Anyone been booted off long term disibility? Fought and ins co?

Info please help!!

Hi there I think I can help with your problem. I urge you to visit www.Mattfurey.Com. This site contains the exercise system "combat conditioning". One of the many exercises taught in this system is called "bridging". This movement involves supporting the entire bodyweight on only your forehead and feet. You of course work up to this ability. But believe me when I say the information in the book will rid you or your back pain for good. Please I beg you to go to the site. The system has helped thousands worldwide cure back pain, including myself. Please act upon this post.

I apologize for being so slow in replying.
You asked what happend in my case.
Well, my private disability insurance company must have come to believe my situation because we reached a settlement agreement. Remember, that my policy covered me if I could not perform my current occupation. In other words, they could not say that I could perform some other type of job. There are not many poicies of that kind around any more.
Ssa - now that's another story. I applied for disabilty and was denied. I will appeal.
Good luck
