I'm Ready to Give Up!!!

I've been having pain and severe burning in the upper part of my stomach, just below the breast area. I cannot bear to have anything around my waist. Can't wear a bra because it fits right over the area that's bothering me. Almost everything I eat causes pain. I've pleaded with my doctor to find out what is going on. So far i've had an upper gi, and endoscopy, and a gall bladder test. Have not had a hida scan but after reading the post on this board I will request one tomorrow. My neighbor is a doctor (not my personal physician) and he told me regular gall bladder tests are rarely accurate. At this time, my doctor is treating me for h pylori though my blood test was negative. I'm on two high powered antibiotics, nexium and pepto bismol. I've been on this treatment for six days now and can tell no difference. I'd really like to hear from someone who might have had similar symptoms. I've seen posts that described the pain in upper stomach but few who mentioned the terrible burning (as if my stomach is on fire).
Somebody please let me know something as i'm getting so frustrated and so out of heart.

When I first got sick, I had a burning pain in the center of my ribcages, about 4 inches about my belly button. Is this where your pain is? I recently found out through a hida scan that my gallbladder is only functioning at 20%. I also get discomfort at my right ribcage and a lot of nausea. Do you have any other symptoms? Have you had the hida scan done yet?

Hi my grandmother was treated for h pylori earlier this year, and her stomach still burned. She ended up having serious issue with gallstones, altho your situation can be diferent. She did have her gallbladder removed and she says she feels much better!

They did some test where she drank this chalky white liquid and then they looked for gallstones, sorry I can be accurate on the test. Sad

right now I have been sick for 2 1/2 months and at first I was treated for a chemical imbalance because I was dizzy everyday. Then my mom talked to her natural healing doctor and he swore it was my gallbladder, I had burning in my tummy, heartburn, gassiness u name it. After I started taking the meds a-f betafood, im not longer dizzy and im starting to feel better, altho my case may not be as serious. I may just have sludge. I hope u are able to find out your problem...I know it gets hard to deal with from time to time
