Teen Pregnancy Forum - Party Tonight And Tomorrow Night!!!!!

Tonight was awesome. It got a little weird, but it was still awesome. First i'll explain why it got a little weird. I got a call from my one of kenny and i's mutual friends, nick. He was like, "hey, what's up? What's kenny doing?" I said, "well, i'm in my room getting dressed and kenny's still working, why?" nick said, "do you wanna come over and eat? Cuz we're having a cook out." so I was like, "yeah sure, but i'll have to get ready cuz I just got out of the shower." he said, "alright, just come on over after you get ready." I didn't think anything of it because his family had already invited kenny and I over in advance to come to their cookout whenever they decided to have it.
So I drive over there and get something to eat and i'm sitting there talking to everyone for a while. It was nick, his brother david, davids girlfriend, their parents, grandparents from both sides of the family, and some neighbors and friends. The party hadn't even started yet because the family was still there. So I had been there for about an hour and I decided to call kenny and see if he wanted to stop by. He said he wanted to but he needed a ride. I told him i'd come pick him up. About that time nick's mom comes walking over and says, "is kenny gonna come over?" and I said, "yeah, but I have to go pick him up." she says, "well, hey get nick to ride over with you to get him." I didn't mind, because I had to pick kenny up at his boss' house and I didn't really know how to get there anyway, so I thougth it would be good to have someone with me who knew the name of the road I was supposed to go to. So nick told me how to get there. On the way to pick up kenny, nick starts telling me that he's thought about me ever since we stopped talking years ago. He said that he had wanted to come out and tell me his feelings, but I was always with someone, so he just felt it was best to keep it to himself and keep his mouth shut. He said he could do that anymore tho, and felt like he had to tell me. So on the way there, he poured his heart out to me. When we got to the house to pick kenny up, to say the least...It felt weird. I mean having 2 guys right there with me that both care about me...Knowing that i'm hurting one by being kissy huggy with the other and also having to keep what was said to me a secret between friends. It made me feel all out of place. That wasn't the weirdest part though. The weirdest part was being at the party around them both in the same room. I didn't have anything to drink because I was kenny's ride home and the people that were throwing the party have strict rules about drinking and driving. They say if you even have a sip of any type of alcoholic beverage, that your keys have to be given to them and you have to stay there over night. So, once the party got started after all the old people and neighbors and relatives and everything left...Everyone was drunk and pretty well sh*t faced, except for me. We were all upstairs in this tiny room playing pool and every once in a while nick would glace over at me and smile or passing him in the hall he'd bump up against me. The whole time I was upstairs, I was sitting in the chair on kenny's lap or I was sitting there rubbing his back in between his turns to shoot pool. I told everyone I had to go pee and that i'd be back in a minute, and about that time, since I was the only sober one there, nick's mom told me to help nick down the stairs cuz he had to pee and he couldn't make it there himself (like everyone else at the party). So, I helped him down to the bathroom. After he came out of the bathroom, he was like, "will you call me tomorrow, because I want to talk to you about something." I told him I would talk to him tomorrow anyway because i'm going shopping with his mom and grandma. I was about to walk by him and he just reached out and pulled me in and gave me an innocent hug and then he let go and went back upstairs himself. I really don't think he was as drunk as everyone thought he was. Anyway, I went and peed and went back upstairs and watched kenny and david play a few games of pool and watched everyone else keep downing alcohol and eventually things started mellowing out and people started getting sick, so I told kenny it was time to leave because I had to take him back to his house still and then drive myself back to my house. We left and tomorrow I get to have my birthday party and I wont have to be the sober driver because i'm either staying there or kenny isn't drinking anything and he's driving me home. I can't wait tho. I know it's a little irresponsible...But this is the first time i'll actually have a birthday party and I don't normally drink, so this is a once in a loooong time deal. I can't wait until tomorrow night!!!
