Whose name is jolieska? Well I think that
it is jolieska. I am asking becaueit is
so unique, and I know i've seen it
somewhere before. I think it was on this
forum?

joyce is the name people know me by
because for some pronouncing my name is
too much trouble the same as for
remembering it.
Before coming to the .U.S. My mother
lived in venezuela and she used to take
care of a sick girl down there. The girl
looked to her as a mother and she looked
to the girl as a daughter. The sick girl
name was aliska (not sure of the
spelling). My mother's promise to the
girl was that the next time she has a
daughter she would name her after aliska.
But since my mother's name begins with a
j, she would use j and came up with
jolieska.
