Well I was in your situation... You can
call your local court house, the county
court house, and tell them you would like
to see a judge about having a abortion.
You will go in front of a judge and plead
your case, why you don't want your parents
to know, etc. If he decides to he can
give you permission to have one w/out your
parents consent. Other than that they
have to know good luck...

Hi there, you can have one with out anyone
knowing, you just go to regular doctor ask
her, or when you go to have the test done
they ask you what your palns are! They
make the appointment at the hospital and
you go in for like day surgery!
I also live in canada though, maybe it is
different where you are!

Dear scared and nervous,
in denver the law states that you must get
parental consent from at least one of your
parents if you are under the age of 18 and
want to have an abortion. It is possible
to get consent from a judge but I would
strongly urge you to think long and hard
about this before making your final
decision.
good luck

Well, here in florida, you don't need
anyones permission. A girl I know has had
2 abortions and her parents don;'t even
know she's sexually active!!! But this
girl is not a good example at all. I'm
just saying, in a lot of places, you don't
have to have permission.

As far a getting an abortion without
parents permisson it will all depend on
the state you live in. You need to go to
a place where you can get all the facts
about abortion, adoption and talk to a
counclor. The first thing I would do
would be to ask god what he would want you
to do with this baby I think he would tell
you to have the baby I have plans for him
or her. I supposed you guess I don't
favor abortion. What if you mother
aborted you? I know it is hard, I don't
know your circemstances but know mater
what abortion is not the answer. The
guilt you will fill is worse that keeping
the baby. I don't mean to be harsh, I
just want you to know what ever you choose
I will be here to help you anyway I can.
Aches
please talk to god he will love you and he
will understand, hear is point of view!

"scared and nervous" the young girl asking
the initial question is from denver, which
is why I stated that the law in denver
does not allow abortion without parental
consent. Aches you are correct in saying
that it will be a lot more difficult in
the long run trying to deal with the
abortion itself rather than actually
having the child and dealing with that.
In fact most women (teenagers or not) find
that not only is it a lot easier keeping
the child, but they actually find that
they get quite a lot of enjoyment and
reward out of loving this little person
and recieving so much love in return.
Raising children can be a very positive
and rewarding experience at any age. I
had my daughter at 16, I am now 29 years
old. My daughter is 13 now, and she is
in high school and doing very well, she is
the most loving caring person I know and
she is my best friend, I love her so much.
I guess what i'm saying, is it really
that hard to at least think about what it
would be like to keep your little baby ?
And shortee, I understand that some people
still wish to go ahead with an abortion
even after considering all their options,
but you seem intent on encouraging these
girls to just have the abortion, I don't
remember you saying anywhere they also
have the option of keeping their baby.
Abortion is not the only option.
