I somke pot every 7-10 days and when I do I smoke about 5-6 joints. I have a very mild intermittent asthma, I only feel little here in there scratching in the throat and that's it.

Smoking pot is still smoking. Smoke in general will make my asthma symptoms worse.

You mean that your symptoms will get worse perm or temp. I mean temp that if you quit smoking your asthma will be just like before...?

I have had asthma my whole life. It has improved recently with a new med I am on. I have smoked pot before and when I did I would weez a little bit, it was just temporary. Pot has some of the same chemicals as tobacco which cause breathing problems.

My bf somkes pot and its made my asthma so bad that I have to take steroids to open my throat back up. I literally can't be around the smoke. You should try to limit yourself and if you do smoke it, do it in the open, not a closed room with all of the smoke.
