Can Any Herbs Help Control Sweating? Posted: 10-12-04 18:34pm
I am a 25y male. I take zoloft and
buspar. I have anxiety and social phobia
etc. I sweat, really bad sometimes which
makes my anxiety go out of control. Does
anyone know of any herbs I can take to
help this problem? Any med recomendations
would be great to. Thanks a lot.

I checked on a couple of sites, and no I
cannot find any herbs. However, there is
a product called drysol. You can get it
at any pharmacy. You don't need a
perscription, but it is behind the
counter. It works well for me, and it
was suggested to me by somebody who had a
similar problem. It is not oral, you can
use it on your hands, your feet, and you
underarms.

Im not sure about herbs to help something
like that. But have you ever heard of or
tried essential oils and bach flowers
blends? They may be your answer. Check
it out if you have a chance.
