Not exactly sure what will happen with high blood pressure, but I do know this. My father has had high blood pressure for about 10 years now and in order to keep his down, he tries to eat foods that aren't high in cholesterol and sodium. Also try to stay away from any thickening foods like gravy it clogs arteries. And whenever possible take walks to exercise. Have you been stressed out lately? I heard that tremendous amounts of stress can play a role with high blood pressure too.
