Any Thoughts (touchy Subject Inside)

Ok so everyone here has been pregnant,
wants to get pregnant and and is pregnant
right now. Well what happens if someone
is pregnant and doesn;t want to be. I
posted earlier about being stupid and
having unprotected sex the day before my
period. First and only time I had sex w/o
using some form of birth control. I got
myself back on the shot as of yesterday
which I also don't know if it would do
anything to a kid inside me in the slight
chance if I were pregnant. Anyway if I
were to find out I was pregnant I don't
think I could keep the kid, I don't have
the means, the funds or the time to give
it the life it needs. So I was just
wondering what people's thoughts are on
abortion.
I don't want to be judged for bringing
this up, I didn;t mean to drop the bomb.
I just need some perspective. Thanks is
advance for the non-judgement.

I honestly wont judge you all I have to
say is that if you didnt think of the
possible outcome while having intercourse
you need to prepare yourself for any
respnsibility ahead

I agree with jess, adoption would be the
way to go if you absolutely cant have a
baby, but then again why are you having
unprotected sex if you arent prepared for
pregnancy, im not at all judging you or
coming down on you, everyone makes
mistakes. If you have a normal cycle
then you probably arent pregnant but there
is always a possiblility.

a lot of the people here are trying or
have tried really hard to get pregnant,
some are here with planned pregnancies and
then there's a lot that it happened to
accidentally, but they have decided to
keep it. So you would be getting a sort
of biased point of view! I think what
really matters is how you feel about it.
There are a lot of people who think
abortion is wrong, and pregnant women
probably top the list. If you are dealing
with an unwanted pregnancy, you need the
support of people who really understand
you and what you are going through.
Adoption is not always a good solution for
people, it doesn't stop you being pregnant
when you don't want to be.

Adoption is the best choice....But first
of all...I doubt you are pregnant...And
getting on the shot without knowing if you
are or not is not very responsible...Even
though I applaud you for using bc. And
for being concerned enough about this
issue to come find all of us.
Secondly...There are many many families
who can not have children....It is my
dream to be a mommy, and I have had
endless doctors tell me I can't because I
have endometriosis....Now, I don't believe
them...But there are many women out there
just like me who really cant get
pregnant...And it is their dream to be in
your position. Now, I will not judge you
based on your concerns...I will not judge
you if you have an abortion...But I will
pray for the life that was lossed every
night...Bc every child is intended for a
purpose...Even if that child doesn't
fullfil it. So. Thanks for searching
out answers for your questions. I hope
everything goes like you want it to.

Any Thoughts

Last year my husband and I lost our ten
day old baby. We tried with him for
several years. We are currently expecting
for the fifth time (one son to show for
it). I guess what I am trying to say
is... I would give anything to have a
healthy happy baby. A lot of other people
feel the same way. Since deven's death I
have tried to figure out why god would
take or baby who would know love
unconditionally and give one to someone
who can't or don't want to take care of
it. He does things for a reason and I
believe it is what you do with it that
counts. I am not religious but my advice
is to put the baby up for adoption. You
are being resposible by knowing that you
can't care for the baby properly. You can
turn something bad into something good.
You could give someone a baby to hold and
care for. Something they thought they
would never know. Until you are on the
other side of the fence... You will never
know the importance of your decision. I
hope you take a "bad" thing for you and
turn into a "dream" for someone else. You
will never regret your decision, trust me.
Good luck! We are always here to listen.

Goodluck- hopefully you aren't pregnant so
you don't need to worry. I would offer
abortion as a choice for you. People who
want a baby really ,really bad and can't
have one always have one opinion. What
they won't ever understand is what it is
like to be pregnant and not want to be.
I know- have it and give it up is always
the advice.... Well sometimes that isn't
possible. Don't feel bad if you need to
go with the abortion.

it is wonderful thing...Giving adivice to
someone who can take that advice and act
on it...But before you tell someone that
abortion is a good choice...Which is an
opinion that I will not judge...Perhaps
we should be telling her other ways to
deal with this first...I know that people
who can't have children are goin to have a
very strong opinion on this issue...But
perhaps that is what this girl needs...To
listen to stories from these people.
Abortion is not a form of birth
control...It takes a life. I'm not
saying that abortion is not sometimes
needed...I'm not saying that it is
needed...I'm simply saying that throwing
out abortion advice is not particularly a
good thing...Please please don't get
offended...But this girl needs to
understand that abortion is not a form of
birth control...She is sexually active and
if she does not want this child...There
are many other options. And she needs to
research all of these options
first...Abortion last. Not first. How
unfair to the unborn baby....At least give
it a chance...And lastly...Get on birth
control. Use condoms. Use
spermicide...Know your cycles...Know when
you ovulate...All of these things can
prevent an unwanted pregnancy. Be
smart....Think beyond your years and think
in long run terms...If you were to have
this child....And you gave him/her up...In
five years for you there would be no
difference than you getting an abortion
except that you carried the child to
term...In five years to a family that
wants to love a child...And for that
child...It will make a lifetime of
differences....

I think she knows now all the things you
said. She just wanted an opinion on
abortion. She needs to know she isn't
the most terrible person in the world if
she does get one. I don't consider it a
form of birth control either, but to bring
an unwanted child into the world can also
be considered cruel. There are so many
children in the world already who need
good homes.

I understand... But this is not a perfect
world. Kids are having kids, they aren't
considereing the consequences ahead of
time. This world is full of drugs, sex,
murders, violence.......... I'm sure god
didn't want all those things either. I
hope you understand where i'm coming from.
Your views and ideas are wonderful. It
just isn't happening like that in the
world today.

All I will say is that termination is
not
a method of birth control, but if that is
the road you really want to go down then
do it as early as possible and get it done
professionally.
There are other options such as fostering
and adoption, please consider them, this
will be one lesson well learned

Ok peeps. For one thing just so everyone
knows I have always used bc until this one
time. So if everyone on here can tell me
they are careful everytime then great for
you, but I messed up, caca happens. Now I
am educated, I don't have unprotected sex,
and I am a smart kid. I messed up, like I
said I am human. Now I thank everyone for
their advice. For those of you who just
gave me your honest opinion without
criticism thank you. I don't know what I
want to do, nor do I think an abortion is
a form of birth control... I just posted
this to see what others thinks. I don't
even know if I am pregnant yet. I guess I
will just keep you all updated. Thanks.

Hey,
I hope you don't think I was
judging you...My favorite aunt had an
abortion and I don't think she is a
horrible person, even though I am
soooooooooo pro-life. I just wanted you
to know that as abortion is an option for
you, so are other things. Good luck with
everything. You are going to have a
rough decision ahead of you...And I wish
you all the best.

You asked for an opinion you got it.
Don't get all tetchy because it wasn't the
answer you were looking for.
I have had a termination, my reason, I was
raped after my drink was drugged, the
lesson learned- don't trust anyone with
your drink, not even to go to the loo, make
sure you have bottled drinks and that you
see the drink opened.
In your case, the lesson learned will
hopefully be that birth control is not
100%, that you have to be damn careful and
that condoms are a bloody good back up!

I expected a lot more criticism then I
got. I wasn't caring about what anyone
said...In the end is doesn't matter. All
that matters is what I feel in my heart is
best. Following your heart and your head
is all you can really do!
I really do appreciate the honesty. The
only way to see all sides of a problem is
to ask other people. Like I said, I will
let everyone know how my situation works
out.

I got pregnant, and im 17. I thought of
all of my choices, and I believe everyone
should think of every option. I lost my
baby at only 8 weeks and it still hurts.
I had a lot, a lot, a lot of people tell
me that im better off that I had a
miscarriage (it was the hardest thing 2
hear), but you will be suprised how
attached you will get 2 your child. You
created it. Its yours and only you can
make this choice.
