Hey, i'm 19 years ol
d and I have been on birth control pills
since I was 16 an a half. About 4 months
ago I got on the patch. Me and my
boyfriend have been together for a year
and a half, and we have unprotected sex
regulary. But here is the problem, last
month I was one day late on putting my
patch on. Though a week before I started
my period I was having an excessive amount
of white discharge. It felt like I was
on my period. Though I did start my
period normal time and it was a normal
period. It started wed and ended sun.
Yet sat night I started to feel sick but I
thought it was something I ate. Though
sun night I felt sick again. I then woke
up at 5:30 mon morning trying to throw up
but couldn't b/c nothing was in my
stomach. I felt like crap all day. I
have had a none stop headache and i've
been feeling like I have morning sickness.
Plus I spotted mon- wed after my period.
Is it possible I could be pregnant even
though i'm on the patch and had a normal
period? Someone please help I have no
one to talk to. Reply fast, thanks

I don't think putting the patch on one day
late is that much of a problem. Although
it is possible you are pregnant, it
doesn't sound like it. If it's worrying
you this much, make a doctor's appointment
to get a blood test. They can tell you if
you're pregnant or not.
