I Dont Know How to Tell If Im Pregnant Posted: 10-09-03 01:48am
I have been feeling like I wanted to get
sick lately like upset stomach and I have
been feeling a bit dizzy every now and
then. I was due 4 my peorid today but
over last weekend I wasent really spottin
but it was like pinkish when I went to the
bathroom like if I was gonna start but I
never did. I took a home test today and
the negitive line came out really dark and
the positive line came out light but was
visible. My brest havent been tender or
nuffin like that. So could I be pregnant
or is this just my mind playin tricks on
me? Lol I am also on thyroid meds could
this be a low thyroid thing? Sumone plz
help me

Dear babygyrl,
it sounds as though you are pregnant, but
to be sure you are going to need to take
another test. Take the next test in the
morning just when you get out of bed, that
way the hcg levels (pregnancy hormone)
will have built up in your system enough
to give you a nice clear reading, and the
positive pink line should be a lot
stronger and easier to see. If the pink
line is visible at all, that is a
positive. You mentioned you don't have
sore breasts, but many women do not
experience any symptoms in early
pregnancy. Do you feel as though you are
urinating more frequently than usual ?

Ty ty ....I have been goin to tha bathroom
alot more then usual but I also have been
drinkin more water then usual also. A
friend of mine took sum home test and they
all came out positive with a light line
till she got her peorid when she leaned
over something. But anyways like right
now im havein like mild craping and a
veryyy upset stomach when I was pregnant
with my son which is now 5 y/o I always
had a upset stomach and heart burn and I
sumtimes feel really tired but most of the
time I cant sleep 4 nothing...Plz get back
to me soon tytytyty

It sounds like you're pregnant to me. If
a line came up, then that usually means
you're pregnant. Like suzy said, take
another one. If that says positive, then
schedule an appointment with your doctor
to confirm it.

Well im goin tomorrow to a family planning
place and gonna have one there but I got
this strong feeling like I am....Could it
be that I want one? Thats why im haveing
these feelings?

if you are feeling the urge to have
children, then you are a normal woman.
Most women at some stage in their lives
will have the urge to raise a family. If
we didn't have that natural urge, I guess
the human population would decline and
eventually we would become extinct. You
sound rather excited about the possibility
of being pregnant, and it sounds as though
you have had a positive pregnancy test, so

Well yeah I guess u can say that I am
excited bout this. I have 1 child already
and he is 5 y/o but I have always wanted
another. The guy that I was with thought
he couldnt have kids c0s he has got alotta
things wrong with him. So yeah I would be
way more then happy bout this I will keep ya all
posted tomorrow evening bout how it went
at the family planning center and anymore

Hey, how did it go at the family planning
place? I was going to say that the
symptoms you are suffering and that could
be no indication of pregnancy. Some times
women suffer the symptoms of pregnancy
even when they are not pregnant but want a
child really bad or it could be stress.
Your mind can do wierd things to your
body

Well I went to family planning today and I
took a urin test there and it came out
negitive but the lady there said that if I
dont get it by next week to come in there.
So my mind is totally lost right
now...Lol...C0s right now im feelin
veryyyyy sleepy and I gotta upset stomach
again. Could this also be due to sum
recent stress that I have been goin
through?? Sumone get back to me soon :d
