Aloha pookie,
i haven't tried the cherry juice concentrate, but i've tried the cranberry. I am no authority, but I think (for me) it's going to take a combo of things--so i'm trying a gluten free, soy free, dairy free, egg free diet and i'm not sure how much the juice has contributed to my relief.

I get my unsweetened cranberry juice (and i've seen the cherry their) at an organic health food store. I had to call around and search all over for an unsweetened concentrate (costco doesn't carry it Confused ). I buy (the brand)knudsen's 32 fl oz bottle. So my suggestion is locate an organic health food store.

I don't know how unsweetened cherry juice tastes (i choose no sugar so I don't tax my liver anymore than I have to, leaving it in the best shape to filter out toxins), but cranberry straight up is less than tasty, so I usually put it in my smoothies--which includes blue berries, strawberries, and bananas, but no citrus since I seem to be one of those ra people whose joints don't like citrus Sad .

The following is a link to knudsen's webpage:
http:// www.Knudsenjuices.Com/products/justprod.As p?Id=17
click on where to buy and enter your zip code for the closest store. If it doesn't come up with a store near you, it doesn't mean it's not stocked at a local market--the site doesn't have all the stores names at which its products are sold.

Good luck! And let me know how it works for you (i might try it to). I'll see what I can find out about it and i'll post any info I find. :d

Hi, I had heard that it was sour cherries that helped the inflammation. Can be found in most health food stores.

Also have tried the nsd and antibiotic to control my as. Still looking for good suggestions to fight this naturally.

Best,

I do use cherry juice concentrate. The brand i use in Nature best, and i will include a few links too it. I have been diagnosed with arthritis, and a rare spinal disease that has very painful daily symptoms. I have had two total knee replacements in the same knee in 16 months time. I have been too numerous specialists, and have tried many pain meds and vitamins and minerals..After my massage therapists talked to me about the benefits of cherry juice concentrate and hearing it talked about on Oprah, i decided i should give it a try. I SWEAR BY THE STUFF, and its very tasty. It can also be added to coca-cola, yogurts, smoothies, etc. I know longer drink soda or any other juice of any kind. The brand i buy, cost about $20 per bottle, but a bottle last for a month. That means its actually .70 cents per serving, which is much cheaper then any other drinks. 2T per day is all you need, but you may like the taste so well, you want more then that. Its a very refreshing drink. I mix mine by the quart too always have ready.

Not only is beneficial in relieving arthritis and gout pain, it also lowers the risk of heart disease and cancer. It also has melatonin which helps with our natural sleep cycles. I would suggest it to anyone. yes

Hello,

I posted about this in another forum but that's because it's practically the same issue. I don't know how well Cherry juice works but my mom's been on a joint supplement called micosamine. it is made from dehydrated cow milk. What it basically does is promote joint flexibility. Hope this helps Smile.
