Some solutions:

1. Really work on improving your posture, I can't emphasise this enough.

2. Stretching and massage helps, especially a massage therapist.

3. A chiropractor could help this sort of thing.

4. Hot bath followed with ice.

5. Relieve emotional stress/tension.

Doctor??

Hi hun,

maybe you should see a doctor. You could have a torn ligament or something. If the doctor says there's something wrong, your parents won't have much to say, that's for sure.

You could have a tron ligament or a pinched nerve built up emotions. But I would go see a doctor if I were you then plan your treatment for whatever you may have after you find what it is or at least rule out some things.
