Lost Bc Pill....what Should I Do?!?!?!?!?!? Posted: 10-19-04 15:59pm
Hey everyone, i've been on yasmin for 4
months now. This past saturday was my
last day of the active pills, when I was
about to take it I dropped it, and could
not find it for anything in the world. I
do not have another pack at home, so I
just did not take the 21st active pill, I
am now on my off week, this friday I am
going to buy another pack to start on
sunday as usual (sunday starter), but I do
not know if I have to use a back up
method, or for how long, since I only
missed 1 pill. For info I have never
missed a pill since the day I started
taking bc. I will be asking the clinician
on friday when I go to buy the pills, but
I would like a response from you guys
first,... Please answer
a.S.A.P.!!!!!!!!!

I did the exact same thing last month.
Anyway, your period will just come a day
earlier. You do everything the same way,
like starting your next pack on sunday.
Um, if you want to have sex during your
period week thats up to you, but just to
be safe I would use a backup method too,
just because you never know what might
happen.

No I don't have sex during my period, but
I mean when I start the new pack, do I
have to use a back up method for a period
of time or something?

No, you should be fine. Everything will
be back to normal.
