My last period was aug 30 and I took a test sunday could it be to early to show a postive result?

So you never had a period in september or this month so far? If that is the case the test should show a positive result but you should go to the doctor just in case. Unless your period is just going wacko, have you been under a lot of stress the past couple of months?

Well yes my mom just got a pace maker she had surgery last week that was stress last week and worry about being pregnant stresses me out and I work in child care so that may not help either I guess you could say im haveing a lot of stress in my life right now maybe that is why my period is always late plus ive put on about 50 pounds in the last 2 years since I met my bf can wait gain cause you to skip periods ive always heard they could. Shocked

I havent heard of weight gain messing up your periods but that could be just me maybe it is somewhat of a factor. But yea I guess just wait another week or two and take another test or you could go see a doctor to make sure.
