It's funny that you say this because when I was pregnant with my son, I would get worried because everyday I would touch them to see if they hurt so that i'd know if I had to worry or not. 
if your Dr. Did a vaginal ultrasound and said that everything's fine, then everything's fine. The bleeding you experienced sounds like nothing more than implantation bleeding. Try not to worry too much.
