Despite what people say, there is no "magic age" to start having sex. I began at fifteen, and have never regretted it. It depends mainly on your maturity level, and that of your partner. If you are both mature enough to handle the emotions that come with physical intimacy, and are responsible enough that you can deal with any consequences resulting from sex (such as std's and pregnancy), then i'd say go for it. Generally, I would say that if you aren't able to talk to your parents about your decision to have sex, and ask for their help in getting birth control (condoms or pills or whatever), then you really don't think what you're doing is right. And if you think it's wrong, then it is!
