Chest Pain, But Don't Know What Kind of a Sign Is It? Posted: 10-23-04 23:32pm
Dear friends, I am about 26, male. For
the last one and a half month I am having
a chest pain. It starts happening
suddenly sometimes, almost everyday. And
when it happens, I feel like some portion
of my heart is getting a little bit cold
and then something at a particular point
on the top of my heart is jumping, though
the pain is not very severe.
Even sometimes I observed, that the pain
is moving inside my upper portion of body,
from heart to the right side of the chest,
by left or right kidneys, sometimes at the
back side of my heart.
In other words, let me make it very
simple. You know everyone has got some
stemina when you do running or any kind of
exercise and there is a time limit for
every person that varies. Let say you are
running continuesly and you know the time
will come when even you want to run or do
a particular exercise, you can't do
anymore, and you will start having a pain
in the heart, that stops us from doing
that particular exercise anymore. It
sounds like the same as I had a couple of
weeks ago.
But now it's getting better because now I
am getting more serious about my health.
Plus for the last one and half year I
didn't drink water frequently, I mean very
less.
I am a non-smoker, have no family history
of diabetes, but my grand-father died of
heart attack I heard. I never use any
kind of drugs in my whole life. But I
don't know about the cholestrol level and
blood pressure because I have never been
to doctor for the last 2..3 years.
I do want to mention that I had stress for
the last 2 or 3 months and I have been
working long hours on my job place. Could
there anybody please tell me what this
pain shows, while it's not very severe?
Is it a cloging of the artery or what?
If this is a clogging, can it be opened
with some medicine?
Please answer to my question.
I be very thankful to your kind help!

Hi - looks like you're stressed out and
having some sort of anxiety attack. But
the best news is that which comes from the
result of an ekg. Get to your doctor and
have him/her check it out for peace of
mind.
