More Issues When Trying to Sleep Posted: 10-24-04 03:53am
1. When I realize I may not sleep, I have
a type of anxiety attack, ill feel faint;
my heartbeat will jump up. All I can do
is relax, and say I already am lying
down.
2. When I am asleep I will sort of wake
up on a conscious level, yet my eyes and
body are still sleeping. I cannot move
anything except my eyes which are under
the eyelids. I have struggle with my
brain for a few minutes to allow my eyes
to open. It is an annoying problem that
happens monthly.
3. Something else when I try to fall
asleep my r leg shakes, does not hurt,
does not burn, but has to get rid of
excess energy I guess. It will shake
until I relax. The shaking stops from
time to sleep till then next time I have
to sleep. No cure for it yet.
4. I do not know how to relax. My brain
is constantly running and in competition.
I do not know how to think my self to
relax and make every blank. I swear some
chemical is off balance in my mind. So it
all turns into a complex multi part
insomnia issue. Unsure how to fix the
problems.
