Pick a book - any book, now close your eyes, open any page, put your finger on the page, write about the word under your finger.

Or

go to the park or something, close your eyes, turn around, write about the first thing you see when you open your eyes.

Or

run up to someone - anyone, and ask for a word - this word is your inspiration
