I Have a Severe Anxiety Problem Please Help?
Posted: 10-24-04 10:39am

I'll try to make this short so I don't bore anyone. It all started at the age of 18 smoking made my heart feel like it was going to explode so I quit.Ever since then my symptoms included major major chest pain, crazy heart pulpitations had all the tests im fine-dizzyness naseau but the worst came when I was 24 the sypmtoms came on so strong I threw up for two days straight, flu like symptoms but the problem was they didn't go away. Then for the next three months I coudn't work because I coudn't eat that well was still nautious still throwing up at times, days where I coudn't even stand because i'd fall down due to dizziness. Then the heart pulpitations really took over I called the ambulance so many times and one of those times I was shaking and hyperventilating so badly they were sure I was overdoseing on some type of drug I suffered through this for three months. The only medication I found that has worked so far is diazepam thank god that my doctor after changing tons of them prescribed it has helped me alot.I'm wondering because after 7 years its starting again>and i've never heard such a bad case senerio such as mine when it gets bad its like ive injested poison or something I kmow it sounds crazy but the physical pain is so unbearable I don't know what to do i'm wondering if anyone else has gone through such a crazy thing and what they did to help themselves?

My anxiety, stress and suicidal thoughts have been helped by a ces machine (dynamind or alpha-stim.Com about $us 200) and 5htp (100mgs a day) so I would suggest that you a) see a psychologist & b) look into alternative treatments such as the ones above.

See a doc or look into possibly taking meds to control it.
