I just got off the phone with my
exboyfriends mom and she told me if I have
my baby she will take me to court so she
can have my baby they think im to ypung to
take care of a baby im only 18 weeks I
just got home from the e r from bleeding
over stress I dont need this what am I
going to do I dont want he family to take
my kid there no better then he is and ant
even out of jail ya and pulling this caca

Awww stay strong, that is not good that
you were bleeding. I lost my baby around
18-19 weeks. You need to relax, I am so
serious. I had so much stress in my life,
running away from my parents..It was
horrible. Seriously...Gosh..They can't do
anything to you to take care of your baby.
There are so many laws out there.
Everything is going to be okay, the baby
isn't even here yet...Just ignore them
right now..Or there will be no court or
anything because there will be no
baby...If you dont relax...Seriously.

Calm down hun, you and the baby don't need
the stress! No one can take your baby
based on your age. Try looking up a
pregnancy crisis center in your area, they
offer counceling and alot of advise and
could help you with your situation, again
tho, don't get worked up over it.. Think
of your baby!

Actually girls, and I don't mean to be the
bearer of bad news or anything, but they
can take her baby... It's happened before
and it'll happen again. Of course, it's
very difficult, and therefore, it usually
doesn't happen. They'd have to prove that
she is an unfit mother and that the baby
would be in some kind of danger (usually
based on drugs, alcohol, homelessness,
lack of finacial support etc). Most
courts will order that the baby stay with
his/her mother because it's better for the
baby, unless, of course, it really is
dangerous for the little one. Question
is, how old are you honey and are your
parents or anybody helping you? And
listen to the girls, they know what
they're talking about... You need to
seriously calm down. Stress= bad for you
and baby. We're here if you need us. You
and your baby are in my thoughts and
prayers.

I really highly doubt that they will get
your baby, #1, because you are probably
under 18 right? If you are, if anything
your parents would get the baby, if you
were proven unfit. How old is the father?
How old are you? Have your parents press
charges against the father. They wont get
your baby unless you are proven unfit, it
has nothing to do with age, you would have
to be a druggie, or abusive... And
financial problems really dont have much
to do with it, and neither does
homelessness cuz you can get help, and as
long as you did get help im sure they cant
take your baby. You are the mother, you
are carrying this baby, you have rights
over this baby. Just stop stressing, they
will not be getting your baby, unless you
are a really bad person.
You should be alright! How old are you?
Try not to stress sweetie it can
definitely cause you to have a
miscarraige. But dont worry about it I
seriously doubt they can take your child,
the only way would be if you were addicted
to drugs/alcohol or if you were unstable
financially but really if you are and you
are underage then it would fall back on
your parents.

Sweetie just tell them you had an abortion
and then continue with the pregnancy like
normal. Do you see them often? Can you
avoid them?
They have to have a reeeaaally good reason
for a judge to give your baby to someone
else. Age is no factor. I mean you have
to be a druggie or insane or something
like that. And you'd still probably get
partial custody in a case like that! So
as long as you don't have anything to
hide, you're gonna be fine.

Okay are you still technically with this
guy? Jail or not? Like are you honest
and commited to him?
If not... Be willing to lie...
Say you messed up and the baby is not
his... Why would his parents want to take
a grandchild that is not his tell them
your getting back together with the
dad...
Then you can have your child raise him/her
healthy and happy prove you can be a good
parent if given the chance then if you
want him to be a part of the babys life
get a paternity test
