Help!!!!!

Hey girls,
I just went to the doctor yesterday and they did an ultrasound im supposed to be 7 weeks but when the doctor saw the picture of the baby she reacted really funny, she told me that the baby was under developed for 7 weeks and she resceduled me for another ultrasound on the 5th to see if the baby grows. The thing is I went online and looked at other womens ultrasounds and even at 8 weeks their baby's pictures and they look like mine. Do you think that my doctor is inexperienced or do ya'll think that there might be something wronge with my baby? Have any of you girls had anything like this?

It could still look the same size, but some of the things might not be developed all the way. You should feel comfortable with your doctor and if you aren't..I would encourage you to switch. Try for another doctor and its always good to get a second opinion.

Yes, go for the second opinion, dont be too worried just based on one doctor's facts.

No offense but the doc can read the ultrasound, not you. But if you think he isn't up to par, take another ultrasound with anothr doctor and see what he says. If they both say the same thing. Ask what you can do to help. Make sure you take your vitamins. Folic acid will do you good.

The only reason that I said that is because all those other ultrasounds looked just like mine, and there wasn't much to read it's just a sack and a halo!

Yeah, but maybe you aren't seeing something that your doctor is.

Yeah probally something only your doctor can indicate, even if it's the smallest things.
