Hey! I Have Been Moody My Whole Life!!!!!!!!! Posted: 11-13-04 22:41pm
Jessamyn! Been there ... Done that...
And doing it again!!!!!!!!!
Moody???????This hormonal imbalance is a
health forum.............I refuse to take
any supplements. The worst part for me
seems to be the "damn its hot in here".
Only for a short term, so I really don't
see any point in taking something else.
This too will pass. Its human nature.
The world today has a pill or supplement
for any
ailment..........Not.................I
believe in reality, its a mind over matter
thing. I also believe in who is in
control? Are you going to allow this to
control you or are you going to take
things by the (you know what) and have
total control over your life? Its all
about choices inl ife. We can either
choose to (a) allow this to take conrol
over our life or (b) choose to take
control over it and not allow it to
mentally challenge our mind.......... I
choose to take control and say, hey, this
is my mind and my body and I am not going
to allow this............Life is all about
choices.....You get to choose! Took me a
long time to realize this, but after 3
shrinks and a few oife coaches, I got the
hangof it!
